Welcome to Skew & Savor. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Orders and Confirmation
All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by Skew & Savor. An order is considered confirmed only after Skew & Savor sends an order confirmation.
If payment has been processed but you do not receive an order confirmation, you may contact us to request a full refund. No cancellation fees or other charges will apply in this situation.
If we cannot fulfill a confirmed order, we will contact you and offer an appropriate replacement or a full refund.
2. Menu, Pricing, and Availability
We make reasonable efforts to keep menu descriptions, photographs, prices, and product information accurate. Actual presentation may vary slightly.
Menu items, ingredients, prices, and availability may change without notice. Prices for orders already confirmed will be honored unless a change is agreed upon with the customer.
If an error affects your order, we will contact you to discuss an appropriate replacement or refund.
3. Payment
Payment must be completed through the payment options provided at checkout. Online payments are processed through PayPal Business and are subject to PayPal’s applicable terms and policies.
Orders may be declined or canceled if payment is declined, reversed, or cannot be verified.
4. Food and Allergen Information
Our products are prepared using the ingredients described in our menu and product information. Ingredients may change, so please contact us before ordering if you have questions about a particular item.
Our food is prepared in a shared commercial kitchen, where cross-contact with allergens may occur. We cannot guarantee that any item is completely free of a particular allergen.
Please review our Food Safety & Allergen Information before ordering. If you have a severe or life-threatening food allergy, we recommend avoiding products that may pose a risk.
5. Pickup and Delivery
Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact, pickup, and delivery information and being available during agreed-upon arrangements.
Please review our Pickup & Delivery Policy for additional details. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate any delays or delivery issues.
6. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation requests, order changes, and refund eligibility are handled according to our Refunds & Cancellations Policy.
7. Catering Orders
Catering orders may have separate arrangements involving menus, quantities, pricing, deposits, payment deadlines, changes, and cancellations.
Any specific terms confirmed in writing for a catering order will apply to that order, together with these Terms & Conditions where applicable.
8. Website Content and Use
Website content, including text, photographs, logos, graphics, and original materials, belongs to Skew & Savor or is used with permission.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use our content for commercial purposes without written permission.
You agree not to misuse our website, interfere with its operation, or attempt unauthorized access to its systems.
9. Website Availability and Third-Party Services
We make reasonable efforts to keep our website available and functioning, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or that the website will always be error-free.
Our website may link to third-party websites or services. Skew & Savor is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those third parties.

Skew & Savor takes reasonable care in preparing and handling food and fulfilling orders.
