Ordering & Pre-Order Policy

Thank you for choosing Skew & Savor! We prepare our food in scheduled batches and operate exclusively on a pre-order basis. We do not offer on-demand or instant ordering.

1. Pre-Order Only

All Skew & Savor menu items are available by pre-order only.

Orders are accepted Sunday through Friday for fulfillment on the following Saturday. For clarity, orders placed on Friday are for the Saturday of the following week, not the next day.

We do not offer on-demand ordering or immediate delivery.

2. Availability and Order Capacity

We make a limited quantity of each item available during each pre-order session. Stock levels are set according to what we can feasibly prepare, package, and deliver during that session.

If an item is available for purchase and your order is successfully confirmed, we intend to fulfill it as ordered.

Menu items may sell out once available capacity has been reached.

3. Placing an Order

Orders must be placed through our website using the available menu and checkout options.

Please review your order carefully before submitting it. Make sure your selected items, quantities, contact information, and delivery details are correct.

An order is confirmed once checkout has been successfully completed and Squarespace issues an order confirmation.

4. Menu Selections and Customization

Standard pickup and delivery orders must be placed using the menu items and options listed on our website. Custom combinations, substitutions, or modifications are not available for standard orders.

Catering orders may offer additional flexibility and customization, depending on the request and preparation requirements. Catering arrangements must be discussed and confirmed directly with Skew & Savor.

5. Unforeseen Circumstances

We plan each pre-order session around the quantities we can prepare and fulfill. However, unexpected circumstances may occasionally affect an order.

If we become unable to fulfill a confirmed order, we will contact you as soon as possible and offer an appropriate replacement or a full refund.

We will not substitute an unavailable item without your agreement.

6. Payment and Order Confirmation

Payment is completed through the available checkout options. Online payments are processed through PayPal Business.

If payment has been processed but you have not received an order confirmation, please contact us. You may request a full refund without cancellation fees.
