Catering Policy

Skew & Savor offers catering arrangements for customers looking for larger orders, special occasions, gatherings, and events. We offer additional flexibility with catering requests and work with customers to determine arrangements that suit their needs and our preparation capabilities.

1. Catering Inquiries

All catering inquiries should be submitted directly to Skew & Savor by email.

Please include as much information as possible about your event, requested menu items, estimated guest count, preferred date, and any special requests.

All catering requests are subject to availability and confirmation.

2. Menu and Customization

Catering orders may offer more flexibility than our standard pickup and delivery menu.

Custom combinations, menu adjustments, quantities, and special requests may be discussed individually. All requested arrangements are subject to our approval and preparation capabilities.

No customization or special arrangement is guaranteed until confirmed in writing.

3. Minimum Orders, Pricing, and Deposits

Catering minimums and pricing are determined individually based on the event, requested menu, quantities, preparation requirements, and fulfillment arrangements.

A deposit may be required depending on the size and scope of the order. Deposit amounts, payment deadlines, and cancellation terms will be discussed and confirmed in writing before a catering order is finalized.

Catering orders are not considered confirmed until the agreed-upon arrangements and payment requirements have been completed.

4. Scheduling and Fulfillment

Catering dates, preparation schedules, pickup, and delivery arrangements are coordinated individually.

Catering orders may be accommodated outside our standard Saturday ordering schedule, depending on availability and preparation requirements.

We primarily offer food preparation and fulfillment. Additional services, such as setup, serving, or on-site assistance, may be discussed but are not guaranteed.

Delivery outside our standard Brooklyn and Queens service areas may also be considered on a case-by-case basis.

All scheduling and fulfillment details will be discussed and confirmed directly with Skew & Savor.

5. Changes to Catering Orders

Requests to change menu selections, quantities, dates, or other arrangements should be submitted as early as possible.

Changes are subject to availability, preparation status, and our approval. Once preparation or purchasing has begun, some changes may no longer be possible.

Any approved changes to the original catering arrangement will be confirmed in writing.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

Catering cancellations are handled individually based on the agreed-upon arrangements, timing, preparation status, and costs already incurred.

Full deposit refunds are available for cancellations made within the agreed early-cancellation period.

Deposit amounts, payment deadlines, and cancellation terms will be discussed and confirmed in writing before a catering order is finalized.

Cancellations made after preparation or purchasing commitments have begun may be subject to different refund arrangements, based on the circumstances and terms agreed upon for the order.

7. Food Safety and Allergens

Catering orders are subject to the same ingredient, food safety, and allergen considerations as our standard menu.

Our food is prepared in a shared commercial kitchen, and cross-contact with allergens may occur.

Please communicate any food allergies or dietary concerns during the initial catering inquiry so we can discuss the ingredients and preparation considerations before confirming your order.
